Data Deletion Instructions

KalaDrop respects your privacy and provides a transparent way to request the complete deletion of your account and associated data. Whether you use the KalaDrop mobile application or connected third-party integrations (Meta, TikTok), you can manage or delete your data using the methods below.

Full Account & Data Deletion Request

To permanently delete your KalaDrop mobile app account and wipe all server records, send an email to contact@kaladrop.com from the email address associated with your account.

Please use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request". Our team will process your request and permanently erase your account data within 48 hours.

Revoke Connected Social Platforms

Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

  1. Go to your Facebook account’s Settings & Privacy menu.
  2. Click on Settings -> Apps and Websites.
  3. Find KalaDrop and click Remove.

TikTok

  1. Open your TikTok app and go to your Profile.
  2. Tap the menu icon (top right) and select Settings and Privacy.
  3. Tap Security -> Manage App Permissions.
  4. Select KalaDrop and tap Remove Access.

Data Summary & Retention Details

Data Permanently Deleted:

  • User Profile (Email, Name, User IDs)
  • AI Generated Carousels, Images, and Video Drafts
  • Connected Social Media Access Tokens
  • Unused Credit Balances

Data Retained (If Applicable):

Financial and transactional records related to in-app purchases or subscriptions are retained securely as required by applicable tax laws and financial regulations.
